Terms of service.
1. Booking and Estimates
1.1 We will provide you with flexible booking options and accurate information to help you choose the required service or repair work.
1.2 All estimates will be provided as a breakdown of costs, including parts, labor, and VAT. Estimates are a general guide and final costs may vary.
1.3 For a firm price, we offer written quotations which will be honoured if accepted.
1.4 We do not require deposits or prepayments for service and repair work.
2. Performing the Work
2.1 We will complete all work as agreed with you, within the agreed timescale.
2.2 If additional work becomes necessary, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.
2.3 We will not compel you to agree to additional work if your vehicle is dismantled. We will offer reassembly within the original price where possible.
2.4 All our work is guaranteed against failure. We will inform you of any manufacturer's warranties on parts.
2.5 Replaced parts will be available for your inspection until the handover of your vehicle, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Billing
3.1 Our prices are inclusive of parts, labour, VAT, and any additional charges including environmental disposal fees.
3.2 Final invoices will clearly list all work carried out, parts used, labor, and any additional agreed work.
3.3 Payment is due upon completion of work and during the handover procedure.
4. Staff and Quality of Work
4.1 Our staff are trained in and abide by the Motor Ombudsman's Service and Repair Code.
4.2 All work is carried out by competent staff or supervised trainees, using appropriate equipment and facilities.
4.3 We commit to clear communication, avoiding technical jargon without explanation.
5. Complaints Handling
5.1 We have a clear complaints procedure available upon request.
5.2 If you're unsatisfied with our response to a complaint, you have the right to refer the matter to The Motor Ombudsman.
5.3 We will cooperate fully with The Motor Ombudsman's alternative dispute resolution service.
6. Your Rights
6.1 These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
6.2 We adhere to all relevant consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
By agreeing to our services, you accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms, with the latest version always available upon request.
